· Reserve Requirements: Depending upon credit score between 6 to 10 months of payments but no necessarily on deposit with lending bank.

· Debt Ratios: 40% Maximum

· Either Primary or Secondary Residence Loans OK

· 3 Year Fixed Current Rates: 7.99 Full Doc. Add .25% for lite or Stated

· 5 year Fixed 8.5% Full Doc. Add .25% for Lite or Stated
