In partial response to the question about what I assume is the Part B medicare deduction from a social security check by P. Gralton, this is not the authoritative answer, but I&#039;m pretty sure that one CAN opt out of part B when they move out of the country by notifying Medicare AND the Social Security Administration, BUT one who does this may find it difficult if not impossible to get it back if one wishes to do so later.</description>
