Nice Affordable Low Maintenance Home in Chapala, Mexico

 If you would like to learn Spanish, interact with the local community without giving up your own culture, here is your opportunity to live among the local people, but still close to North American gathering spots like the American Legion.

 The large master suite has ample room for your dresser plus a sitting area and of course has a private full bath.

 Off the master bedroom is the 3rd bedroom with a wall of storage shelves/closet.  This room, if you don’t need it as a bedroom would be the perfect room for your office/computer room, sewing room, den, library artists’ studio or hobby room.

 The 3rd bedroom/bonus room also overlooks the courtyard for light and ventilation giving this room a light and airy feel like the other rooms to keep your spirits up.

 The atrium patio area has benches for sitting or for creating your own private potted plant garden which would bring the color of the outdoors into the interior of the home. 

There’s a gated carport for your car on the front of the home, but the home is only 1.5 blocks from the bus line and walking distance to small grocery stores and other shops and very near to a large Sorianna store (like a Mexican version of Wal-Mart), so you have the best of both worlds.

You will not have Home Owner dues to pay at this comfortable home which means additional savings and city water and sewer service are dependable.

 In summary here’s a nice home, in a nice area, in good repair with light renovation completed recently with Interior walls resurfaced and repainted,  electric & plumbing updated in 2006, and  the roof sealed in 2008.
