Lake Chapala Ajijic is noted for it’s Salsa. In fact thre are two different brands of the fiery liquid both made right here in the Lake Chapala area.
But, there’s also another brand of Salsa that is even tastier… that is if your tastes run to Salsa dancing.
Since I haven’t figured out a way yet to give you an actual taste of the fiery liquid version on line… you’ll just have to make do with the Dance version.
The dance of the same name may have been inspired by the fiery liquid version. Anyone out there know how the dance got it’s name?
