What You can learn from Geese to Reach Your Home Ownership Dream at Lake Chapala Ajijic Mexico

January 26, 2009

You can learn from Geese how to Reach Your Home Ownership Dream at Lake Chapala Ajijic Mexico in just 2 minutes and 17 seconds that it takes you to watch this video …. and a few more minutes to read the rest of this short article, where I’ll explain just how you can apply the techniques the geese use.

Lesson #1: Smart home buyers like smart geese build reliable teams, and strategic alliances to help them accelerate the process of making their dream of home ownership at Lake Chapala – Ajijic come true faster, better and with less effort.

When a goose falls out of formation it feels the drag and resistance of flying alone. Every goose quickly moves back into “V” formation to take advantage of the lifting power of the other geese in front.

So, the lesson here is not to try and fly alone. I would like to be your lead goose. I have lots of energy and with some honking encouragement from you I can keep going until we find just the right home for you. I also have alliances (none economic) with inspectors, contractors, notarios,  lawyers, locksmiths, etc. so you’re not flying just with me, but with a team dedicated to your success.

Lesson #2:  Smart lead geese willingly accept feedback from the geese that are following and as the initial lead goose I promise to listen to you, and accept your feedback and then, once the home is found, questions are all answered, a buying strategy is formulated, and the offer and acceptance are made successfully, it time for me to drop back and allow another team member to take the lead postion.

That’s because when the lead goose can’t function as the lead goose, it drops back into the formation and another goose flies to the point position. The geese flying in formation honk to encourage those up front to keep up with their speed.

So, I drop back to allow another team member to take the lead, to allow our escrow department to take the lead with money transfers and other details, then the  Notario who drafts the deed etc. takes the lead (all under my watchful eye).

Finally I resume my place as lead goose and follow through with the final details before and after you take possession.

When a goose gets sick, one or more geese drop out of formation and follow it down to assist and protect it.

A Good Buyer’s agent and his agency will do what’s necessary to protect the clients best interest if for any reason problems pop up.

So, now you have the knowledge needed to fly into a beautiful and affordable area without fear because you won’t be flying alone. You will be surrounded by others who know the ropes, know the area, know the laws, and know the best people to team up with to make your home buying experience one of pure pleasure.

Your Exclusive Buyer’s Only Realtor…or should I say “your lead goose”. Sid
