Aloha Sid, yesterday a friend of mine called to ask what I thought she should do,about going to Mexico, to get her teeth done , she had intended ,to just go across the boarder each day, But now afraid because of all the drug killings, I told her down in the middle of Mexico, Lake Chapala, Guadalajara Airport, half hour, I hear they have dozens of B&B and perhaps you could write Sid and ask if he could hire Arcelia, to take her back and forth to the Dentist, she is doing her whole mouth so she will be their awhile. I told her your my good friend by now,and signed her up for the Chapala Club.If Arcelia knows of any great dentist, in your area,because I told her she will feel safe, all you guys are so far away, from all the drug killings, it does not effect you.Only thing that effecting all of us tourist places, is the Depression, on one of my shows they said this depression is greater then the last in the 40′s sense there were so many more wealthy people in our world that lost everything, so the poor our poorer, middle class, many became now homeless, or a pay check away.So Sad what has happened, to the world.My house is suppose to be Auctioned April 3-09, I wish they would put it off one more time.I get my first SSDI check 16th April, not sure, when the back check will come down the road a bit, That is when I will come down, to check out Whats going on down in Lake Chapala, I will have to buy with cash, because almost 800 score on my credit, letting the bank take back my house, will mess me up for years, there are no buyers on Maui spending $600,000. or even $499,000. is what I had it priced, when I finally, said nothing is selling upcountry, only condo’s at the beach.They sent me a modifacation, with my main bank 3% for the life but my equity loan with countrywide has not offered anything, so would still be over $3,600 a month and the homes are not worth the prices any longer, I could never retire here, the cost of living is just way to high.And I want to own in Lake Chapala, so I’m sure some fixer upper will appear, just when I have enough money to buy.If not I will have to rent, that bum’s me because I really think this depression will take , about 8 to 10 years to correct it self.My clients still call to ask, when do I think they can sell, I’m honest, If you look at Real Estate trends this deep of a dip or plunge I would call it,Maui went crazy when I looked at the books at the county building and realized they gave developers 7,000 permits, resales, were going to tank, I told all my people then to sell if their plans were to leave before long,My best friend, whom I have bought & sold had a offer two years ago for $900,000.She said we don’t want to live in a condo for the two years we have left, I told her Anna this is one time you have to over ride your husband & sell now.Well to say if they could get a buyer and someone offers $750,000. take the money and run oh that’s not enough.I think in a year Freddy the husband say’s It might go back up, they paid $175,000. Lot on Golf course & our friend built their home for $250.00 people on Maui got to greedy because people were paying anything, for a home gated next door to the hospital.Oh well they never listen to the agents, they always no more.
Okay back to Sandy Cotton if Arcelia wants to make some money maybe she could make it convenient, on herself if she knows a dentist ,& B&B do bus in Mexico give a little to bring them Bus?
