Folklorico Dancers of Lake Chapala – Ajijic !

Hi Sid….I have found your website and information extremely helpful. My wife and I will be relocating to the Lake Chapala area in a couple of years and have been researching it for well over a year now. We are planning on visiting the area this summer to look at some of the homes we have viewed on the MLS website and wondered about your services as a buyers agent.
What does a buyers agent do and secondly what do you charge us for your services?
Both of us have really enjoyed your website which is so very helpful and you seem to be the best salesman for the Ajijic/Lake Chapala area…both with your helpful interviews and your frequent informational postings…..
