Dear Sid,
My husband and I were so pleased with your service that we want to write this letter of recommendation that you can give to potential buyers or however you want to use it.
I am a real estate agent in the San Francisco Bay area, so I probably have higher expectations of an agent than most clients. You met all my expectations and more!
You were so willing to show us around and tell us about all the different communities on our first two trips to the Lake. Even though you knew we were just kicking tires, you spent lots of time with us to help us know and feel comfortable in the area.
On our last trip when we finally found our dream house, you made sure it didn’t slip away from us. In a frantic day of negotiations, as we prepared to return to the states early the next morning, you were willing to do whatever it took to see that our offer got accepted. You worked for us from early morning, right through lunch and dinner, going back and forth until the last counter and all documents were signed about midnight. We feel if we had been working with anyone else the deal wouldn’t have gotten done that day and other interested buyers might have out bid us later.
It is also definitely a benefit to have a buyers-only agent who can concentrate on finding you the perfect home rather than on trying to sell you one of their own listings. You showed us so many beautiful homes.
We highly recommend working with Sid if you are new to the Lake area. He will help you find just the right house in whatever community you like, and you’ll have a great time during your search. Then when it comes time to negotiate for you Sid will put on his lawyer’s hat and make things happen.
We thank you once again for helping make our dream of living at the Lake in the prefect house a reality.
