Michael Jackson in Mexico – 1975

Did you know that Michael Jackson’s death has dominated the news here in Mexico like in the USA and most of the rest of the world?

Well it true and so I did some digging around and came up with a very early video of what I think may be his first ever tour in Mexico.

The year was 1975 and the show stage area was on the same level as the fans and he interacts with audience members in a sing along of a sort.

His appearance was before all the plastic surgery, make up, and the clothes look more like the rock stars wore many years ago. The dancing is great as is Michael’s energy level when he was about 25 years old and probably not on pain killers, but just full of youthful energy.

The dancing is a lot less sexually suggestive than in his later years as well.

So here he is, when he was just an aspiring “King of Pop”
