Come on Chapala Club… Let’s Booogeeee! with the Tall Boys Music Video at Lake Chapala Ajijic Mexico!

The Tall Boys are a great local band playing a variety of music and have built up quite a following here at Lake Chapala Ajijic.

The photo in this article makes them look like rogues, but they are stand up guys who each hold down “real” jobs in the work a day world.

Flip is a Realtor friend and plays guitar and keyboards, and Joel is a cracker jack webmaster for our local MLS website and plays Rhythm and Lead Guitar and David plays a Super Lead Guitar.

I believe the below video is their first pro style music video.

Flip is in the middle on the key board, David is on the left side barefoot and Joel is on the right side of the screen as the video begins.

So, come join the fun here at the local Lake Chapala Ajijic clubs and listen to the Tall Boys or any of our other local groups.

We may be retired, but we still know how to Boooogeeeeeeee!

    we are wanting to come down to Lake Chapala in the beginning of Oct. and was wondering if any one can tell us of an RV campground that might be close to Chapala. We really want to check it out as we are very interested in retiring there. We thought if we came in the RV it would give us an advantage of looking around for at least 3 or 4 months. We have two small dogs and figure it would be hard to rent something because of that. I heard of a new resort that was under construction but haven’t had an answer back from them. It is called Chapala RV and Resort. Has anyone heard of it? Any info would be greatly appreciated.

    HI Vicki, Thanks for your comment. There are only two “sort of” places to park an RV.

    We could really use a well run one.

    One that is sort of in business and then out of business is in Riberas del Pilar at the extreme South end of San Jorge.

    The other is at the far west end of Lake Chapala in a development called Roca Azul (Blue Rock) and is located at the extreme East end of this development.

    Sometimes when I’m in this area I peek inot the park but never see anyone parked there or anyone who appears to be in charge, but they do have a large parking area and a sihn indicating an RV park.

    If I get any better info I’ll add additional comments.
