Hi Dale and Kathy, WOW, and double WOW ! Thanks so much for the very kind words. It was a pleasure to show you around. I just try to treat folks like I would want to be treated if the shoe were on the other foot. I like people and I guess it shows.

The next time you visit we'll take up where we left off. Look forward to staying in touch.

All for now, Siempre tu amigo, Sid

Sid:

Thank you so much for all the time and attention you gave to us today. On such very short notice, I gave you a call today at 12:30 PM, and said "We are in Guadalajara, and coming to Ajijic to look around and would it be possible to see properties and get a lay of the land". You said "Come on over I'll be waiting for you!" And waiting you were, even though we missed a turn and were a little late, you were there waiting.

We did not expect to receive the service and treatment you gave us, but it was the very best you were patient, kind and certainly knew the lay of the land. You spent the entire afternoon going from property to property and area to area. You must have been exhausted. But we were impressed. You even went out of your way to help me exchange dollars at Walmart. Great idea and it worked. We saw some great properties and feel that we have gained a friend as well.

We will be sure to come back and spend a lot more time than one afternoon looking, but we will surely be there with YOU, looking to find that home we want to buy. Although we had never met until today, We feel as though we have known you for years. I know this sounds a little strange, but true. You made us feel comfortable and completely un-rushed.

I own four homes and have had a lot of dealings with various realtors. So when I say I am impressed with your efforts, service, and knowledge. I know from what I speak, you were just great!

Thanks Sid for all your time and effort. We will be back, and looking forward to working with you again.
The very biggest of thanks.
