This small development is located on the outskirts of the town of Chapala on the way to Ajijic.

Most of the homes here have great lake, mountains and towns below. So come along with me and let’s check out the views.

The prices here are generally lower than the developments around Ajijic and if great lake and mountain views are important to you please check out this area.

I have passed your site along to all of my friends and family to show them where we live. Actually, we live in Villa Nova and are looking forward to a video of our neighborhood to send along too.     Yes, I’ll be heading to Villa Nova too with video camera at the ready. You guys have large wonderful homes there and sp nice and close to AJijic Village… but hard to see your beautiful homes due to the nice high walls which of course are great for privacy and security.
