We have the best bargains I've seen in a number of years. But, we've already sold as many homes this year "2010" as we did all of of 2009. We visited Merida for a week last winter and looked at lots of colonials that needed restoring, but really are looking forward to spending two months in the Lake Chapala area this coming winter. (Jan and Feb). I look at the real estate available in the Lake Chapala area, but that is not what we want. We want what you are talking about in "Take me...I'm Free". Thanks for the encouragement.
