Sid, We appreciate you and your efforts very much on our behalf. You went the extra mile at every opportunity to do so.
It is unfortunate that circumstances beyond anyone’s control were able to throw a “monkey wrench” into our plans, but, you, being the professional that you are, “rolled with the punches” and reassured us that when things evened out, you would be there for us.
