    PLEASE CONSIDER MY REQUEST.
    THANK YOU,
    MARTY

Hi Marty, Thanks for your commment. I do not personally have any homes for rent, but there are a number of rental agencies here at Lake Chapala.

I’d recommend that you come down to Lake Chapala and check out the various rental agencies.

Another good place to check for rentals in on the Lake Chapala Society Bulletin board. The Lake Chapala Society
is just a few blocks from the Plaza in Ajijic. Good luck on finding a rental, You’ll find that rents are probably a littel less expensive here and of course our summers are not as warm and our wineters are not as cold as in Guadalajara.

Thanks again for you comments. Sid

Hello Martin, my wife and I have a 1200 square foot house with 2 bedrooms each with it’s own full bathroom and they are on opposite ends of the house for privacy.

The house is newly renovated with the modern appliances etc. located in the wonderful town of Chapala and within walking distance of all amenities. Bus stop is nearby. The home is furnished complete with linens, dishes, towels, cutlery, etc.

Rent is $600 USD for short term. Price is definitely easily adjustable to reflect a lower rent for a longer occupancy.

If interested contact me at ilerner2@shaw.ca

I am sure we can work something out. Tenant pays utilities including gas, phone and electricity. HI Speed Internet is available but not currently installed. This can be added to the telephone bill and paid by the tenant. Thanks, Ian Lerner
