A Few Lake Chapala Videos for You from ChapalaClub.com

Sailboating at Lake Chapala

Hope you enjoyed these short videos. Lake Chapala is even better experienced in person. Why not plan a trip and escape the bitter cold weather up North, if even for a week or so?
Ah, Lake Chapala… where the weather is always nice, the people nicer, and the cost of living is so very much less than in North America.

Oh, and don’t be afraid, about 14,000 of us (more or less) feel safer here than we did back  North.

Come enjoy a small town atmosphere, but without giving up the convenience of a nearby big city, easily accessible International airport, and the ocean… the resorts of the Mexican Riviera are just a half day drive away or even less by air.

Come see why International Living magazine  continues to rate Mexico year after year as one of the best retirement destinations in the world.

Many people who have the money to live anywhere  in the world they choose have chosen to live right here at Lake Chapala… hum, wonder why?

Live where the smart people live, where the happy people live, where the friendly people live. Experience Lake Chapala.
Excuse me if all of this sounds like salesman hype, it’s just that I’m passionate about the area and have been since I first set eyes on this place in the early 1990’s.

Want to take the next step? I can help. E mail me today at Sid@ChapalaClub.com (AOL users may need to use elsidmx@yahoo.com). Put “next step” in the subject line so your e mail will stand out in my in box and I can give your email personal priority attention.

Come for a look see, escape the cold weather (if even for just a couple of weeks) and make an exploratory trip here.

Worst case scenario, you’ll have a nice vacation and…
well the likely outcome is that you will fall in love with the place and begin the planning process to make living here full or at least a part time reality.

Why work longer for less when you could quit now and live better at Lake Chapala, Mexico. The choice is yours.

I’ll keep the light on for you.

Is the first video (the Lake itself) summer or winter months?

  • http://www.chapalaclub.com Sid Grosvenor

Hi Keith, The first video was taken in the winter months.

It would have been the “Dry” season. You can tell from the
    brown mountains in the background.

Th weather here is great year around. Its of course the dry season now and we have to water our yards to keep them green. Plenty of good water from our deep wells.

Our area doesn’t use the Lake Water for domestic consumption, but much of it pumped everyday all the way to Guadalajara for domestic household and business use.

Even so the Lake is at record high levels it loos like this will continue according the long term weather predictions.

    Siempre tu amigo, Sid
