Why You Should Use a www.ChapalaClub.com Buyers’ Only Realtor

July 23, 2011

In a nutshell, here’s why. We’re associated with the largest MLS of homes and lots for sale at Lake Chapala, Mexico just like the big agencies. This gives our small but growing group the clout of the big boys, the same great selection as the big boys, with the same tools to help you as the big boys…

but with you, (a potential buyer) as our client at the center of our world, because we only represent Buyers.

What does this mean for you. Since we do not accept listings for homes to sell it means we have no conflict of interest.

Our goal is not to sell you a big expense house our buddies have listed, but to help you find the right home for you at the best possible price.

We dig deep to find the motivations of the sellers, to find good comparables, and we advise you on the best strategy to complete the sale to your advantage.

We work hard to earn your trust and loyalty. We're willing to draft and sign a written formal agreement with you that we only represent your best interests at all times.

Did you notice that I used the term "client" above and not customer, because a customer is just someone you sell something to, but a client is someone you advise, help, and have an ongoing trusting relationship, often for many years.

We pride ourselves on giving our cients the best service possible. The more than you expect type service.

Remember we have the big store inventory and same tools as the big firms, but with Mom and Pop style individual personalized service and respect that “clients” deserve.

Think of it this way: You could go buy a car directly from one of the big manufacturers… or you could get the personal service of a hometown dealer. Yes, we’re on line, and yes, we reach all over the world, but we promise to give you our home town personal friendly service… just like we were your best friend, because we want to be your best friend with all things related to real estate at Lake Chapala.

We hope you’ll honor us by being our client. Our list of happy clients grows larger each day.

Thanks for considering us, the small group with the big boy’s access to quality properties with down-home manners and service.

Here’s just one of scores of testimonials about our service.

"I can second the recommendation on Sid Grosvenor. We've made two trips to look at real estate and worked with him both times. He is very good about pointing out potential issues with properties as well as positives. He's very interested in construction techniques and will explain what to look for as well as what to beware of."
