September 14, 2011

Some of you may have discovered that the old MLS is no longer available.
The new MLS for Lake Chapala with all the same data as the old one, but in a slightly different format is located at
The information from the old site is still in the process of being added to the new Web Site address.
The new name for our MLS Realtor group is “Chapala Association of Realtors”.
Now, we just have a temporary logo, but a new professionally designed one is in the works, so be watching for that.
As always if anyone has an interest in any particular property you find on the new site or ones you find on individual Realtor sites please pass along the basic info like MLS number, asking price and the listing agency and I’ll research it for you.
Just one of our services at, where we’re all Exclusive Buyers’ Only Realtors.
All for now.  Siempre tu amigo,

Hi Sid, Thank you so much for the Chapala MLS website. I look at another realtors listings every day. I’m getting and idea of the price and beauty of the homes there. Hope to come see for myself eventually. Thanks again, Marilyn

    Hi Marilyn,

Thanks for the nice post. Remember if you need more information on any of the listing let me know.

You should use a Buyers’ Only Realtor. Of about 137 or so MLS Realtors here are only 5 Exclusive buyers’ Only Realtors My team and I are 4 of the 5.

We can find out more about any property than you could on your own or with the listing agent. We belive that since the seller has his advocate looking after his best interests that you should have someone to help you look after your best interests.

We’re ready when you’re ready. Thanks again, Tu amigo, Sid
