why don’t you have a  ‘rental >>> apartment and home’  section for persons wanting to
experience chapala before buying?   is there a service to aquaint visitors with ‘life in chapala’ options?   thanks james

Hi James, Thanks for your comments.

There are good rental agencies in the area. We know the best ones and are happy to take you to them to meet the agents in person.

None of the rental agencies respond well by e mail and are hard to catch in the office when you call. Mexican people are always nice, but best in person in face to face relationships.

For rentals my suggestions are to come in person, stay at a B and B for a couple of days, visit our recommended agencies (we neither ask for or receive referral fees), but as some of the rental agents are in competition with us as they double as listing/sales agents for homes amd rental agents we like to
    make the refers in person.

We also know where all the bulletin boards are that list rentals not listed by rental agencies and often you can get an even better deal by dealing directly
with the owner. We can give tips on how to protect yourself and to be sure the
property is “really” ready to occupy as well.

We realize that most people prefer to rent first and perhaps forever. We want your rental experience to be a happy one so if you do decide to buy we can help.

If you have a lousy rental experience you may get frustrated and leave and tell everyone how horrible your experience was at Lake Chapala. So, it’s in your and our best interest to let us guide you.

I hope this answers your question. If not send me an e mail to Sid@ChapalaClub:disqus .com ,because we don’t want you to miss out on all the informative articles, videos, and audios we have planned.
