A Day Without Shoes at Lake Chapala

May 5, 2012

American Legion Post 7 is the largest American Legion south of the border. Raising awareness of the children of our barrios, and dangers in doing so in developing countries like Mexico.

The Sholanthropists, a local couple to date, have collected and distributed over 1000 pairs of shoes, since retiring in Mexico.

What a FUN day it was..remember, we are a bit older, but still have energy!

One of many local charities that make a difference. www.ChapalaClub.com is glad to help spread the word about our local charities that do so much good for so many people.
