What $400 a Month Will Rent at Chapala, Mexico

I get questions on rentals so I wanted to give you an idea of just how much house you can get for how much rent.

When the below video was made this home on Cinco de Mayo in Chapala was ready to rent for just $400 USD per month.

Your overall expense at this property would be determined by how much electricity and gas you use and if you wanted to have a telephone, Internet and or cable TV.

There are various telephone packages some with various
levels of internet speed available for this home.

Cable TV is available with various program packages  as well as high speed internet.

You could also buy a local cell phone and just buy time and
not have the expense of a monthly bill to limit your fixed monthly
expenses if you did not want a home telephone.

Water is included in the rent. Propane gas is reasonable and  your gas bill would be determined by how much cooking you do.

Electricty  is more expensive the more you use here, but this home should not use much.

There’s off street parking for a full sized car with a lockable gate.

A well secured home with pretty iron over windows and doors and the doors have dead bolt locks and steel frames.

Super convenient location. Walking distance to parks, the waterfront boardwalk, the American Legion, the Central Market, restaurants, a nice laundry and government offices.

I help find rentals if at some point you will conder buying a home here if you like living here.

All for now. Here's the video.

Thank you Mr. Grosvenor for the information. I found that the mayority of the rentals in the area the forniture are way outdated, the forniture must be updated, there are so old in many cases, and if you want to updated yourself is a :no no I apreciate the prices of the rentals acording to my budget but I belive outdated forniture in bad shape must go. I hope some of the rental owners get their act together and start to update their forniture. problems like beds with mattresess all colapsed ( uhggg my back!) living rooms with sofas, chairs, loveseats the same fabric of 1960′s also colapsed, very unconfortable to relax watching tv. please please up date your rental home and please please make more affordable to us living on a budget. if you do it i throw for free the painting of the house as long as you buy the paint. Now that’s a freebe or what.  take care and thank you for let me express my ovservations.
