Hi Everyone,

I often get asked what do we do all day here at Lake Chapala Ajijic, Mexico.

There’s always something cookin’ here at Lake Chapala and speaking
of cooking I want to share a video made on location on the grounds of the Chili Cook Off competition.

We have lots of local chefs showing off their version of the best chili, but the event draws people from all over. If this sounds too much like watching the grass grow you will be pleasantly surprised. It’s lots of fun.

But better than trying to describe it all let’s watch this great video of a recent Chili Cookoff in Ajijic.
Disfrute (Enjoy),  Tu amigo, Sid
