Hi Everyone,

First I want to thank all of you who took the time to respond to the post of the video of San Juan de la Boca. Please keep your responses coming.

After the question, “Do I have to speak Spanish at Lake Chapala?”, another very frequent question is about our wonderful weather. I think some folks may be afraid that almost “perpetual spring like weather may become boring to them. Other folks look forward to year around spring like weather.

Well as they say, “You can’t please all the people all of the time.”

That being said, in my opinion, we have just enough changes (no extreme changes) to make almost everyone happy almost all of the time.

But, that’s just my opinion. Goldy Locks I think would be happy here, “Not too hot and not too cold!”

The real question for you is, “Is is right for you?” The weather link on is the actual weather here minutes by minute, day by day, month by month. The weather station is right here at Lake Chapala on the North shore in a development called Riberas del Pilar. Here’s that link

But, if you want even more about our seasons, weather and climate check the link out below which takes you to a great article from the folks over at Access.

All for now, Tu amigo, Sid
