Hi Everyone,

I like to check You Tube for videos that North American visitors have made while visiting our beautiful area. They’re rarely professional grade, but that’s OK, because they make up for it in honesty and unrehearsed dialog  of their impressions of the Lake Chapala area.

The below video shows some scenes from a nice restaurant in Ajijic, driving in Ajijic villasge, and a look at a Sunday brunch at the Real De Chapala Hotel, complete with live music.

Then, we’re taken to Jocotepec , the town at the far West end of Lake Chapala, and given a quick look at the town’s main church which is now approximate l160 years old and still in daily use.

On the return trip we’re treated to a brief stop at the waterfront Malecon in Jocotepec and finally a stop at one of the numerous restaurants just East of Jocotepec on the way back to Ajijic, that are very popular on week ends with Tapatios (people from Guadalajara).

I look forward to showing you these and other areas around our beautiful lake. There’s something here for everyone (well almost).

Let me hear from you:

OK, Let’s watch the video. Tu amigo, Sid
