Luxury Living on a Tuna Fish Pension Sounds like a Far a Way Dream. Yet, it’s as close as Lake Chapala –Ajijic, Mexico.

July 17, 2014

Hi Everyone,

Lake Chapala – Ajijic , Mexico is a world away from high prices, scorching hot summers, devastating tornados, floods, and bone chilling winters; yet it’s under two air hours away from Dallas.

The Guadalajara International airport is only a few hours from most USA gateway cities… and under half an hour from beautiful Lake Chapala – Ajijic, Mexico.

Thousands of Expats from all over the world have found both full and part time living to satisfy their soul, their mind and body… and their pocket book as well here at safe, beautiful and affordable
Lake Chapala – Ajijic, Mexico.

Did you know that more than a million Americans own second homes in Mexico, according to the National Association of Realtors.

Many North Americans here are either buying a second home, investing in a vacation home, or future retirement home.

And, with the large Ex Pat community here, you’ll find the welcome wagon is always out to help you settle in to the area.

Now is the best time to investigate, because the U.S. State Department estimates that there are 385,000 Americans already permanently living in Mexico, and that’s almost twice the number from just a decade ago.

What that means is that prices are bound to increase as this trend continues. So, don’t miss the boat, get started while there are still bargains to be had.

At Lake Chapala, Mexico there’s a professional local real estate group to be sure you don’t run afoul of Mexican law, and to see that you get a proper, clear title to your property, in your name, which can be left to your heirs or spouse just like North of the border.

Are there places less expensive to live than Lake Chapala – Ajijic?

Of course there are, but I don’t know of any less expensive with the same solid infrastructure, Ex Pat friendly environment, fantastic year around climate (like Hawaii only better) and just a few air hours from the USA and Canada.

Oh yes, the safety issue… Don’t be afraid to come visit, live, or work here. Our ladies feel safe to walk along, even after dark, unescorted, in our towns and villages here at Lake Chapala.

And, we have a good, well equipped police force which is very responsive to calls for service and to the needs of the Expat community.

Oh, I almost forgot. Yes, we have high speed internet, good cell phone coverage, North American TV service,  Skype, Vonage etc. so it’s easy to keep up with friends and family, or do business all over the world.

Who says you can’t have it all?

I say… “Yes, you can! And, I’d like to prove it to you.

Just, send me an e mail with your USA / Canadian telephone number to and include the best time to call you in your time zone. Then, we’ll schedule a call so I can answer all your questions.

I’ll also answer the questions you would have asked, if you knew enough to ask them.

Well, that’s all for now. Don’t wait too long. You’re not getting any younger. Very soon you could be spending the rest of your life in luxury (without breaking the bank) in our little slice of paradise here at safe, beautiful and affordable Lake Chapala – Ajijic, Mexico.

You can do it. I can help.

We’re here waiting on your email to claim your slice of paradise.

Siempre tu amigo, Sid
