Las Fuentes Home at Lake Chapala

October 15, 2015

Hi Everyone,

Hope you’re having a great day. Almost every day here at Lake Chapala is a great day.

One of my favorite neighborhoods is “Las Fuentes” (The Fountains) near the West end of the North shore of Lake Chapala, Mexico. It’s near the small city of Jocotepec. Almost all of the streets in Jocotepec are smooth asphalt as opposed to the mostly cobble stone streets in other area towns and villages. It has a beautiful plaza and a 400 year olf church just off the plaza still in regular use.

There’s a large supermarket called La Bodega, owned by WalMart, so it’s like a min WalMart store complete with off street parking.

There’s high speed internet in the area via TelMex telephone connection and a recently opened hospital near by. So, the area has most of what foreign retirees are looking for.

Now click the link below for one of the best buys at Lake Chapala inside Las Fuentes.  If this one might or the second one in the video below might melt your butter ,,,, contact me.

Here’s another nice home at Las Fuentes

Tu amigo, Sid
