Follow your link to mls.mexico and one can sign up to be briefed when the database is back in operation. I found this a month or so ago, and got email confirmation that I'd be informed when I could search. Today, I did some googling again, following the old pathways. Follow your link, and one learns that the information isn't available, though one can sign up for a briefing as it becomes available. But, click to http://www.mlsmexico.com/chapala/search/ (from an old bookmark), and by golly, all the listings seem searchable from there!
