I recently received an e mail from Carol Stern who lives here at Lake Chapala. Carol reminded me of a statement I made in an article I wrote on a trip to Argentina published here at www.ChapalaClub.com back in 2008. Carol states “you had said the following……… "I’m waiting for someone to start a Tango Club. I would love to learn to tango (you know it takes two). There are Tango Clubs in Guadalajara I understand, but I stay so busy right here at Lake Chapala that I guess I will wait until one gets started here." Sid, I would like to inform you (and your newsletter readers) that we indeed have a small but dedicated Argentine Tango interest right here at Lake Chapala! Fairly new on the horizon, we are looking to attract enthusiastic people and fans of tango, who appreciate and would love to learn this passionate art-form….
